Edinburgh 2005

This year’s trip was limited.  I didn’t have a lot of time and this would be the last opportunity to visit in 2005.  It’s been two years since my last visit.  As a supporter of The One Campaign, I thought timing my visit for the Make Poverty History march might be interesting. 225,000 people and 10,000 police was not what I was expecting.  What with a march to the G8 in Gleneagles closing down the Forth Bridge and 70 rioters arrested in Sterling, I decided to just stay put and explore Edinburgh.
