Sometimes you get nice surprises when you wander about. Located at the head of Loch Fyne, Inveraray is not too far from Dalmally. After about 15 minutes of walking and holding my dry-erase I got a lift to Inveraray. A picture book village on the side of a loch with a castle. What more does one need? How about the “Best in the West ” music and food festival?
I thought I took more photos but apparently I was too busy filling my gob!
A nice Pringle from Edinburgh Woolen Mills and out came the sign to get back to my room.
